About Beith Theatre Group
Our Story
For more than 35 years, Beith Theatre Group has been delivering the magic of theatre to the local community.
What began as a small church drama group has grown into a welcoming community theatre family, bringing together people of all ages, backgrounds and experiences. From teenagers stepping onto the stage for the very first time to seasoned performers who have been part of the group for many years, to the set designers and builders, everyone has a place here.
We’re not professional actors – we’re neighbours, friends, colleagues and family members who share a passion for storytelling and community spirit.
Every production is made possible by dedicated volunteers who generously give their time, talents and enthusiasm. Whether on stage, behind the scenes or supporting from the audience, each person plays a part in creating something special.
More than just putting on shows, Beith Theatre Group is about friendship, belonging and ultimately making memories together. We’re proud to be part of our local community and to continue sharing entertainment, laughter and inspiration with our audiences year after year

It is our aim is to create a welcoming, inclusive space where people can build confidence, make friends and have fun while putting on great shows and giving back to our community.
Over the years we've supported local charities, welcomed performers of all ages and abilities, and worked hard to keep theatre accessible and affordable for local families.
